Hi folks,
I thought many of you might be interested in seeing this: A recently updated database of 72(!) Windom (actually CL-OCFD) radiation patterns for different antenna heights: http://hamwaves.com/cl-ocfd/patterns.html (Takes a moment to complete loading.) It gives one a grip of how antenna height influences take-off angles on different bands. Also, the basic shape of the radiation patterns is very instructive about how Windom antenna behave in general. I hope you enjoy! All comments invited. 73 de Serge, ON4AA |
