I do believe that the Radio handbook was in existance before the ARRL
was formed
probably by a notable radio builder in the early days. I posses one of
these earlier radio handbooks
where the paper cover referred to the Lindenburg flight.
Very interesting to read

The ARRL was founded in 1914. Radio Handbook before that? Seems doubtful.

But 'Lindenburg'? Who he? You must mean Lindbergh, whose flight was May 1927.

Now that is something which is going to be hard to get a decent price
for! :-| As, I'd imagine even book collectors avoid the arrl to a
larger extent than myself! :-(

I have to admit, some of those old books held data on coaxial tank
circuits which you just can't find in any new material/books ... :-(

And probably the Zep(plin) antenna on the cover. Authur has since
submitted claims to the PTO for diamagnetic Zep untennas and
trademarked them "Lead Zeps."

I can almost hear the "Immigrant Song" cranking up now.
...So now you'd better stop and rebuild all your ruins....
