Need assembly instruction for Diamond CP5 vertical

Hi all,
I got my hands on a Diamond CP5 vertical, but it's all in bits and
pieces ;-) I need a copy of the assembly instructions.

Anyone knows where to find it, is there a pdf on the net somewhere?
Maybe you have a papercopy that you can scan or fax to me?
