These blackouts only make sense when you look at the suns pictures that are spotless !!

Spotless means consequently that the sunspot-numbers are bogus and a false count !

The UV content is also much weaker then should be.

The ionosphere is mostly not present anymore. The 80 mtr became useless even at night. Maybe some solarflares give some conditions
but not the sunspots.
