Default Outlet to TV broadcasting

Hi folks,

I have a bit of an issue with a new house i recently moved into and am
looking for ideas on how to over come them. (I know running new cable
and outlets would be the best solution, however the landlord would
have kittens if I did that)

1 all antenna outlets won't work unless one particular point has a
powered booster plugged into it.
2 this booster needs to be terminated to a device (ie. tv or vcr)
3 this outlet is behind a wall from where the tv is located.
on the other side of this wall is an outlet, however this is some
6 meters away from the tv.

So, I am looking for a self terminating plug I can put on the end of
the powered booster and a device that can transmit the signal from the
wall outlet across the room to the tv. At the moment I am running a
massive length of cable from the booster to the tv (which I keep
tripping over in the middle of the night).

cheers for your help
mark.
