ICOM R-71A For Sale

Mid-'80's ICOM R71A for sale. Recently removed from sailboat as I am
looking for RX/TX capability and this SSB is RX only. It works. It
shows no outward signs of any abuse. It comes with owner's manual and
some schematics. No AC power cord.

Since anyone interested in such a machine knows its value, I'll ask
that you simply make me an offer that will satisfy both of us.
