*First* shield-ground the feedline(s) to an external ground at a bulkhead or
under-house or next-to-station ground rod. Then:

Take a bulkhead SO-239 connector; screw and solder it to a copper or brass
bar so that the center of the connector is filled with solder thru a 1/4"
hole from the back. File smooth. Bond that bar to your RF/safety ground
system (that nearby ground rod), and before a storm approaches, short the
feedline(s) to this ground source. I've gotta add that before you short
feedlines to a ground connection *inside* your shack, be sure you have all
equipment cases bonded to that ground source via independent single-point
connections to that same source, unplug all the equipment from AC power
sources, and stay away from the equipment during a thunderstorm!

Switch, bandclamp, duct tape. Take your choice.

You can check the Wireman's spark plug apparatus for balanced line at
http://thewireman.com/ground.html#878
or do what I do -- just disconnect the line outside the window with
banana plugs when the sky gets dark.
