Default Element resistance

How can you determine the electrical resistance of element materials?
Do EMT tubing and stainless tubing have similar resistance?

with an ohm meter??

yes, they are similar... or at least more similar than emt and carbon

I tried with an ohm meter but all it would display is "1" on everything
