k... Hi! It goes from 25.165 to 29.695 Mhz.. Regards Mikael If you're not a licensed ham, and by the sound of your post you're not, then it really doesn't matter what antenna you use because you wont be transmitting over that range anyway, will you.... If you are a licensed ham, then you should have the basic technical knowledge to know how to get an antenna to tune to the frequencies you need to use, and I don't really think the 10m band covers 25 to 29 Mhz........ Just my useless bit of advice... Martin, VK2UMJ |

Sorry about that! Saw 10M and didn't think about the frequencies.
Bottom line is a dipole works well and is simple to build yourself. "Tarmo Tammaru I don't think he means 10 m. Said 27-28 MHz. |

FM? Has CB changed that much or are you using non type-accepted gear?
Richard, he's in Denmark. Not sure of the requirements there, but I believe that FM is allowed in certain segments. Cheers; Andrew |

Andrew is correct ! In the U.K, ect, Europe uses FM, NOT AM! and has for a
number of years! Gives cause to just WHY nobody improts them here , for conversion to 10 METERS! Jim nn7k "AA" wrote in message ... FM? I'm not licensed And I will only use the CB part of the radio. The problem was, I couldnt adjust my 27Mhz antenna, in the 27Mhz range. Regards Mikael "Martin, VK2UMJ" wrote in message ...
