Default toroid question

idle minds can come up with some strange questions
and i'm no exception. i got to wondering if you
have 2 toroids each with a permiablity of 100 and slide
them both on a piece of coax, is the effective permiablity
200? if not what is it?

The Al of two toroids of the same material changes
with physical dimensions. The permeability is still
100, but the cross section area has changed so the
Al (uH/100T) changes in the formula.

How is it possible to change the permittivity of core material just by
sliding it over a length of anything?
