I am thinking about installing a small beam. I have narrowed it down
to the 5 band Hexbeam and the MA5B. I have read the reveiws on eHam on both of these antennas, and both appear to be excellent antenna based on the size. Since the Hexbeam cost 2.5 times the cost of the MA5B, do you think it is worth the additional expense? Will the Heambeam significantly outperform the MA5B? Thanks, RC |

Thanks, RC Throw another antenna into the mix before you decide: http://www3.sympatico.ca/tgmc/ Look at either the MQ-1 for 4 band operation, or the MQ-26 for 6 band operation. I use the 6 band model and am 100% satisfied. |
