Default Feeding a Copper Cactus with one coax

I want to build a 2m/220 J-pole from copper pipe for my HT. I have
basic plans for the copper cactus, which calls for a separate feed for
each band. My HT has but one RF output, so I'd like to use a single
feed line, but I don't know how to terminate it for both stubs.

Any help would be appreciated.
