Some trees would help camouflage that thing. I'm all for putting up
the antenna you're legally allowed to put up, but it's a shame that one has to anger the whole neighborhood because everyone basically ends up with an unobstructed view of your 4 element SteppIR even when the tower is retracted to 21 feet! It's too bad you can't buy and transplant 30 foot trees! That video makes me want even more to live in the country when I'm done in grad school. Fortunately, neither my YL nor I would want to live in a neighborhood where all the houses look exactly the same and there are no trees... I wonder if he could camouflage that as a giant, whole backyard patio umbrella. 'Course that's probably not legal. Dan N3OX |
