Thanks, Alan. So the listing finally got changed -- people had
complained, justifiably, that they didn't find me in the index. A couple
of previous attempts to get it changed had failed, and I didn't realize
it had succeeded this time.

Duh. Mea Culpa - I do indeed know the place and have been known to
appear there. I had forgotten its name -- but not how to get there.

If there are any look-alikes walking around out there, they have my
sincerest sympathy. To quote Abraham Lincoln, on being accused by a
