Have any of you mailed this to your ARRL Division directors and SM's yet?
Code elements should be 13 wpm for General, and 20 wpm for Extra. No Way! 35wpm for extra! |

RTTY is the wave of the future, after all. And we add a new class called "Extra Extra Read All About It!" where you have to copy Hellschreiber and PSK31 and copy and whistle 1200 baud packet. tom K0TAR |
