I need a 200vrms @50ma transformer for a bias supply.

Jack, If all else fails ,you can take a 120v to 12v transformer (120v
to 6v)connect it to a filament line ...12vac in-120vac out.this will give you 120vdc use a doubler/rectifier circuit and get 200VDC out.. works everytime...
