Anybody know if they are still in business or not? I submitted a web order
for a TS-375 manual quite awhile ago which was not acknowledged. I've tried
calling and there is no answer.

Any help would be appreciated, including a source for a TS-375 manual.

I had the same problem several weeks ago. It took
several e-mails to get action. They did not acknowledge any
of them and were not available via telephone but I
eventually got the manual I ordered. I have a feeling its a
one person operation.

The one time I called and got an answer - it "sounded" like an "elderly"
lady. And I believe someone said - around that point in time, it "was" an
elderly lady doing so. Not sure what the deal is now.

It's like Ed Romney-the OM died and the widow runs it for pin money.
