Default Sprague TelOhMike Model 16

Would appreciate info about this unit. Google yields only one
classified ad from 1946. Model 16 differs from the Deluxe TOM (1940) or
TO-3 in that it has one set of tip jacks for R/C/Megger measurements,
and a "Paper&Mica/Electrolytic" slide switch on the panel above the
Power Factor pot. It seems to work, although calibration is a bit off.
Haven't decided what to do with it, though if it's very rare, maybe sell.
