I know this is an almost impossible request, but I'm trying to restore
an old HamMate 4350 that was left to me by a very good friend who is now a silent key. Of course, Bird did not have the repalcement meters, but I obtained a surplus meter with same specs, and would like to try to put the proper scale on the meter. Right now I have it marked in ink on front glass, but if I could find a decent image of the meter face it just may be possible to reconstruct a scale for the meter (I know, it's a long shot). I can't find the old meter, otherwise I could switch the scales or try to make a copy. I put the ink markings on the glass using old meter as approximation, and now I can't find the old meter in all this junkpile. Anyone have any suggestions on where I might find such an animal? Thanks, Jim, WA5DXP |
