After several months of illness, Bill Howard died May 7th at 6:15 PM
in Florida. He was considered a friend, mentor and knowledgeable source concerning military radio. He will be missed by the many he helped. May he rest in peace and may the Lord have mercy on his soul. Bill Seaby Carney, MD |
