Default FS: GE S990 Delta control head ROMs

Well, it's solid state, but long unsupported, and it weighs a ton, so I
figure it's appropriate.

WD4JKH came up with modified firmware that allows manual frequency setting
from the front panel for the S990 control heads. There is some info on
it on http://www.kb0nly.net/s950_s990_modifications.html. I downloaded
the binary and burned a bunch of EPROMS, but find I have burned about twenty
more EPROMs than I have radios.

So if you have a GE Delta set with an S990 head, give me a ping and I will
send you one of the things. I'd like to trade for a microphone or handset
for the Deltas, but I'd take a couple bucks instead and if you can convince
me you're a starving college student or something, I'll just send you one.
They seem to work fine.

I have tried to send you email but it bounces. Give me a good email
address and we'll see about getting you some of these.
