A friend of mine has a Variable Frequency Oscillator Unit
0234A/FRT-24, and a Frequency Shift Keyer, KY-45/FRT-5. Both carry
Serial Number 1.

They are part of a Collins AN/FRT-6 40kw CW/FSK/FAX transmitter

This friend has no computer access, so he asked me to research the
units. He has had them since 1975. They are both in very good
condition, with only dust and tarnish from the ages.

At this point, he is ready to sell them to a serious collector, and
would appreciate having some advice on how to find manuals, and
possibly, interested buyers.

I'm planning to go to the Collins Collectors Group, but if there is
interest elsewhere...
