Does anyone have a copy of the color code used on inductors in the 40s and
50s? I've got a choke that has a green body, first band orange, second band violet and tolerance band silver. Somewhere around here I have a copy of it but I am hard pressed to find it even though I've torn my library apart. I know it is consistent with the old RMA color code for capacitors but not sure of the nuances. Thanks. WA9VLK |

Don't know if the body color plays a role here. Seems like most all of my 60s era chokes have a green body. |
