Default AR88 PCB oil

Hi all

I posted before on the subject of carcinogenic oil in the tub capacitors and
why retubbing was not an option.

To cut a long story short, removal of leaking tubs has left drip marks on
the AR88 chassis. They will not come off with any normal solvent so are now
suspected of being some other substance than PCBs.

So those retubbers *may* not have to be so depressed!

Meanwhile, I'm playing safe and not retubbing.
