Default Boat anchor calling frequencies (cw)?


Anybody have any suggestions for cw freqs that boatanchors hang around on?
Heard
3579 a good one but its all data it seems.

7050khz to 7060 khz on 40 m evenings during the week. 7105khz to 7120
khz most weekends.
