Hi Everyone!

Got some real good help here last year fixing a problem with my
HW-101...and we were going along nicely for several months.

Now, a new situation. Heres what we know...

When starting from cold, the radio works perfectly for the first 5 to 10
minutes. Receive sensitivity is fine (on 80 meters, the calibrator signal
hits about 35db over S9), and xmtr output is just over 100w.

After warming up about 10 minutes, receiver loses sensitivity and shows
only S9 on the calibrator...

Hi everyone--I am the proud owner of a museum quality, mint condition Drake
2B receiver in perfect operating order along with the installed 150kc
oscillator and the separate Drake 2-BQ Q Multiplier and the rare third
cabinet piece that is a speaker. Of course, there is also a speaker in the
2-BQ cabinet also. I first used a Drake 2B when I was 12 years old and a
member of the W0BXR Davenport Amateur Radio Club in Iowa. Now, my question
is a hard one: what is this three part radio set worth...
