TS-520S acting up during tune

Hello All, I have a TS-520S that is acting up on 20m band mostly...during
tuneup into a matched antenna or dummy load, after peaking the Drive and
Dipping the plate, you go to RF on the meter and while adjusting load and
plate, the rf will drop to zero..



i can make tiny adjustments to plate to bring up RF to say 50 watts, them
adjust load and the RF drops to zero again..on rig and on my external watt
meter. i can fiddle with the tuning and get stable output say 50W, but any
tuning for more...

transmitter? Im looking at a
