Swantenna - Remote Control Mobile Antenna......$175 plus shipping
This is the Swantenna from the late 1960's. If you used Swan equipment mobile in the 1960's, you will remember this one! Long before the screwdriver antenna, this antenna allowed you to change bands from within the car. I had this one on my first car back in the late 1960's, a 1963 Oldsmobile and it was really slick. Used it with a Swan 270 Cygnet. This has been stored for over 30 years in my dad's garage and was found recently in the original box. Operating condition is unknown and the black plastic top of the coil is cracked. Includes the antenna, the whip and the control head and I have a very rusty Swantenna which I will include for spare parts. This has a good coil top. I do not have the connecting cable that connects the control head to the antenna.
