HW 7 marker oscillator

I bought a bunch of old homebrew materal at a hamfest and I have a kit that is
marked pulsed crystal calibrator and marker with outputs every 25kh.from what I
can make out it was designed by W1ATO.It contains 1 crystal 4 ics,perf board
switches and loose parts.Any one interested ?Ill trade for any good homebrew
parts.
