Anyone out there have a copy of the schematic for the Palomar 500
swr/watt meter. I especially need to know what the part number is for the diodes. A manual would be helpful. Thanks de fred. |

Thanks de The diodes on these things basically can be replaced with anything that has the same voltage drop and has good high frequency performance. If any of them are good, check them with a diode test function on your DVM. If they have an 0.2V drop, replace them with generic schottky diodes, if they have an 0.6V drop, replace them with generic high speed silicon. --scott -- "C'est un Nagra.
