Default Power plug wiring for Sideband Engineers SBE-33

I acquired an SBE-33 that looks to be in pretty good condition, but
has no power cord. Can anyone tell me what the pinout is for the
12-pin connector on the rear of the unit? I have a couple of
SBE-34's and could use those power cords, but I hesitate to connect
this up to 120 volts without knowing for sure that I won't damage
anything.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
