I have 2 G.E. VT-154 tubes. one has a white base and the other has a brown
base. They look to be new. no loose parts or raddles. They come in plain brown
box like the jan tubes come in. there is a sticker on each box that reads pkgd
insp 12/55 decator signal depot..
