Honestly, putting old bad capacitors in there to replace existing old
bad capacitors does not seem like a step up.

Do it right. If you want to keep those nice metal cans, either use
brand new replacement cans (Antique Electronics Supply carries them),
or take the old cans out, scoop the guts out, and use RTV to mount some
new modern Panasonic capacitors inside the cases.

You put ROE caps in there, and you'll be right back where you started
in a couple years. The 450V Panasonics are not expensive and they are
solid and reliable. Get the 105'C versions.

When mounting the panasonics
the pin spacing will probably be different from the old ones. You can
use one of the old mounting holes for each capacitor and drill a new
hole for the other one.

Look at the bottom of the board and you can figure out where to drill
the hole so the pin will come through into the proper land. No jumpers
needed. Be sure to find the proper position so that all the capacitors
fit nice on the board and do not hit one another.

When done it will look like they belong there.
