Never knew they were in Philadelphia so this must be pretty old! I would guess that this is from the 1920's or 1930's. According to the instruction card, "this instrument is for checking potentiometers and thermocouples. It can also be used for checking millivoltmeters and other sources of electromotive force within its range. The range of this instrument is 0-71 millivolts DC." The instrument itself appears to be in excellent condition. According to the enclosed data sheets, this was made in 1950. This unit covers 70-150 MHz. Includes the meter, all attachments and the wooden case. The original factory calibration sheets filled out by hand and dated November 1950 are still in the case.
