Default Drake TR-7 advice?

Hi again,

here is my next problem, hope you guys can push me in the right direction.
I had to put the amp on the back burner. Now, my transceiver has no RF
output. It will receive normally, when I transmit or key the key to tune the
tuner, there is nothing reading on any meters or transmitting. The relays
are clicking just as normal, I was talking away most of the day as normal on
20m but then shut it off normally, and came back after an hour break, turned
it on but only receive works normally.
I checked the 13v supply, there is 13volts there when receiving. Then if I
lock the mic, and check for the 13volts, it is there, the high 13volt. I
haven't checked the lower pins yet.
Any advice?
thanks

Bob

I don't know if your problem is constant or intermittent.
There are 1001 things that can cause this but I'd first check the PCB
pin connections.

These TR7's are aging and I've found oxidized pins on the boards start
to cause a lot of problems.
I'd pull each PCB and spray the pins with De-oxit or something
similar.
