FT: Update FT901DE Works!
I found a wire and as advised, I wired the Accessory plug pin 1 and pin 2 And the transmit came on and put out 120 Watts!! Now the only problem is the receive is low and I was told by Yaesu it sounds like the Transistor in the RF stage needs to be replaced for receive to come up higher. Not sure how to do it and you need the right part. Anyway, I want to trade for a 3 KW Tuner. MFJ/ATR Tuner etc To see a picture of the 901 DE go to QRZ.com Or QTH.com |

I had this same problem (and easy fix) on a Kenwood R-600. Only it wasn't a soldered-in fuse lamp, but a genuine mini-fuse, such as found in VOM inputs. 73, Mike K. Oscar loves trash, but hates Spam!
