Hi, Gang
Owners of the Galaxy V transceiver who can't read the tiny schematic will be please to know that an enthusiast took the trouble to make a readable copy. Go to the "downloads" section of www.worldradiolabs.com and get the schematic (in bitmapped form - MS Paint). The free XNView image viewer printed the bitmapped schematic over 15 each 8-1/2 by 11 pages. A little work with scissors and Scotch tape, and my tired eyes are now very happy looking at the schematic. Also, owners of the Galaxy V may be interested in looking at photos of the interior of the Galaxy 300 transceiver, a predecessor unit www.fayoly.net/gallery/galaxy300 The underside is amazingly uncrowded compared to the Galaxy V, but the heritage is plain. 73, Ed Knobloch |
