HP 651B signal generator.

Does anyone have a link or a digital copy of the schematics for
the 651B? I've checked Bama and the mil-list sites (SG-763) but
couldn't find one. I have a reasonably clean unit, but it squeegs
at certain frequencies and won't adjust to 3volts output.
