Wanted Hammerlund Hq 110 I.f transformer
Like to get my Hq 110 working , need a I.F. transformer 455/3035 , part
number T-1 k38985-1. Anybody got a parts set under their bench ? The transformer is missing from this set. Could also use a picture of the underside of a HQ 110 showing the hook up of the I.F transformer . T-1. Garry WW9GT |

The connections for T-1 are found on the schematics that are available on
the BAMA mirror site. http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/ Be careful, there are three different versions of HQ-110. Two of them have a 2.58 Mhz converter crystal and one of those has a 560 pf cap across the "link" winding that couples the 3 Mhz signal from T-1 to T-2. The third version uses a 3.49 Mhz crystal for the converter stage. Just check each one against your receiver before beginning the repair work as the wiring in the area is slightly different on each. 73 WA5VRL Willis |
