Yaesu ft-101zd won't transmit

Can anyone help me? I have a Yaesu FT-101zd. It receives fine, but it
won't transmit. I set the mode knob to "tune" and set the VOX Gain to
MOX. The IC meter reads 50ma. Then when I go to increase the Drive,
nothing happens. Any advice? Thanks in advance! Ethan
