Default No TX in TS-520s

I have junker TS-520s I been trying to get to transmit, no output not
even a hint, there is no high voltage anywhere in the final section,
tubes light up and get hot but no high voltage and placing a receiver
next to the rig on transmit there is a slight hint of a carrier but
very faint and right on frequency. The tubes check good and have tried
different ones with no sucsess.

Any thoughts on what to look for?

You will probably need a service manual to get the high voltage up and
going..The 520 is not too hard to repair if you are into this sort of
thing...GL W4PQW

Start at the power transformer and work your way forward. Is there
any AC across the HV winding? Is there DC at the output of the rectifier?

If the HV rectifier is open, check the caps out very carefully before
putting a new one in.
