It was a cable-only s ignal until they went to free-air broadcasting and changed their callsign t o WAIH. I was a DJ and a minion for a couple of years in 1983 and 1984. My DJ persona was Wallace Quentin Bingo, and I played British new-wave in a th ree-hour time block. I also was a night owl, so I went in and did spot show s during the week.
