Former Big 95.5 WEBG Chicago morning hosts Mason Schreader Zach Remy
Hoesly are returning to St. Louis to host afternoons at Hubbard Radios New
Country 92.3 WIL-FM St. Louis starting Monday, July 9.

The duo spent seven years in St. Louis as morning and then afternoon hosts
at iHeartMedia Country 93.7 The Bull KSD-FM as well as mornings at Classic
Hits 103.3 KLOU. They moved to Chicago in January 2015 to host mornings on
the newly launched WEBG while continuing to host afternoons on KSD-FM until
January 2017 and then exiting WEBG this past April.

At WIL-FM Mason and Remy will take the afternoon slot currently held by
Stacey Jonah. That duo had just joined the station at the start of this
year from mornings at CHR Hot 101.7 KHTH Santa Rosa CA. They will be
slotted over at sister Variety Hits 106.5 The Arch WARH.

Buckaroo Broadcasting sells Oldies Pure Gold 92.1 1400 KWNA/92.1 K221AG and
Country 92.7 Buckaroo Country KWNA-FM Winnemucca NV to Jeffrey and Dana
Kierces JDK Broadcasting for $130,000 with a Time Brokerage Agreement that
took effect on May 22.

Houston Christian Broadcasters acquires 1340 KCRN/94.3 K232FG and 93.9
KCRN-FM San Angelo TX from First Dallas Media for $205,000. Upon completion
of the sale the two stations will shift from simulcasting Christian AC 90.9
KCBI-FM Dallas to Spanish Christian rebroadcasting 1400 KHCB League
City/Houston and Christian Preaching simulcasting 105.7 KHCB-FM Houston
respectively.

In January 2017, Ken Santarellis Surge Media converted its LMA of 710 WEGG
Rose Hill NC from Conner Media Corporation to a purchase for $120,000. Now
he sells it back to Conner Media along with 100.5 W263BE Rose Hill (which
Surge purchased in 2015 from Conner for $80,000) and the CP for 100.5
W263DF Rose Hill for $50,000.

Mark Jorgensons ACM JCE IV B LLC sells Portuguese Christian Nossa Radio
1400 WFLL Fort Lauderdale and the CP for 107.1 W296DK Fort Lauderdale FL to
International Church of the Grace of God for $650,000. The buyers are the
current operators of the station and are also in the process of purchasing
1260 WBIX Boston MA.

After a previous sale in 2015 never closed, Sun Broadcasting has reapplied
to sell 1150 WXKO and 104.7 W284DE Fort Valley GA to WXKO LLC for $55,000.
The buyers have been LMAing WXKO since April 2015 as Sports ESPN Middle
Georgia to feed translators in the nearby Macon market.

Kansas Sacred Heart Radio Corporation donates Catholic 90.7 KQSH Dodge City
KS to La Promesa Foundation.

Christian Ministries of the Valley acquires the CP for 100.9 Big Spring TX
from Maxim Mobile Media for $40,000.
Translator Sales

Sunnylands Broadcasting acquires 93.1 K226BT Indio/Palm Springs CA from
Penfold Communications for $50,000. K226BT will rebroadcast Classic Hits
Valley 106.5 1270 KVGH Thousand Palms along with 106.5 K293CL Thousand
Palms.

Immaculate Heart Media purchases 107.9 K300CZ Lancaster CA from Mountain
Community Translators for $30,000. K300CZ is in the process of being moved
in the AM Revitalization to Bakersfield to rebroadcast 1050 KJPG Frazier
Park.

Zoe Communications flipped Conservative Talk 940 WCSW Shell Lake WI to
Active Rock over Memorial Day Weekend.

Branded as Ink 92.7 in tandem with its new translator 92.7 W224DN Shell
Lake, the move was accompanied by the change of call letters to WXNK.

Lisa Fischer Exits Mornings At B98.5 Little Rock

Lisa Fischer is exiting mornings at Cumulus AC B98.5 KURB Little Rock AR
after twelve years at the station.

Fischer, who currently anchors Mornings with Lisa and Kevin with Kevin
Idol, will exit on Friday, June 22. In a long blog post on her personal
website, Fischer gave her thanks to all her former co-hosts over the past
dozen years and explained why she was stepping down.

What started as me filling in on the morning show turned into 12 of the
most delightful years of my career. The memories are so plentiful and rich
with humor and fun. Thats why I came back a second day. After the first
morning with Jeff Matthews, I actually went home and told my husband that I
was going to work on something to be able to go in more often because we
were laughing and having fun AT WORK.

Yojhans ‘JP’ Perez, who exited mornings at Entercom Rhythmic CHR “Power 96�
96.5 WPOW-FM Miami in January will join Revolution 93.5 alongside co-host
Lady Gigi starting Monday, June 18. Perez worked at WPOW for twelve years
starting as an intern before moving up to nights and then mornings in 2012.

JPs entrance leads to the exit of Joe Raineri after just over a year in the
morning slot. Raineri joined the station in May 2017 after runs in mornings
at Hot AC 97.9 WRMF and Sports 640 WMEN West Palm Beach.

Kavi Halemane Rises To EVP/GM of iHeartRadio Digital Programming

iHeartMedia has announced the promotion of Kavi Halemane to Executive Vice
President and General Manager of Digital Programming for iHeartRadio.

Halemane has served as the Vice President of Premiere Digital Media since
2016 overseeing Premiere Networks’ digital efforts. In his new position he
will oversee iHeartRadio’s strategy/operations for Original Digital Music
Station Programming, On-Demand Subscription Playlist and Free Playlist
Radio curation, and Podcast Programming.

Today iHeartMedia announced that Kavi Halemane has been elevated to
Executive Vice President and General Manager of Digital Programming for
iHeartRadio.

As EVP and General Manager of Digital Programming for iHeartRadio, Halemane
will be responsible for overseeing iHeartRadio’s strategy/operations for
Original Digital Music Station Programming, On-Demand Subscription Playlist
and Free Playlist Radio curation, Podcast Programming and will report to
Chris Williams, Chief Product Officer for iHeartRadio. Halemane manages a
team of expert music and podcast programmers, working closely with
iHeartRadio’s Marketing, Editorial/Social and Sales teams to connect music
fans, partners and artists with exclusive iHeartRadio content.
