Mac Watson Departs KTAR-FM

Mac Watson has exited as afternoon co-host at Bonneville News/Talk 92.3
KTAR-FM Glendale/Phoenix AZ after twelve years with the station as Larry
Gaydos takes over the reigns by himself ending the long running Mac Gaydos
Show.

Watson joined KTAR-FM in September 2007 from WRVA Richmond. He also hosted
talk shows at KWTX Waco and worked at music stations including WWDC and
WWZZ Washington DC, WWMX Baltimore, and KHFI Austin. He and Gaydos were
paired together in 2008.

Gaydos joined 620 KTAR in 1998 and followed the station through its move to
92.3 in 2006. He hosted in multiple evening and late night slots prior to
being paired with Watson. The station confirmed to KNXV-TV that the
afternoon show will now be branded as Gaydos In The Afternoon.
