friggin fruitloop! The "Radio Crazy" wants to buy a
"dog" AM radio station. Finder's fee paid to anyone
who tells me about one if I ACTUALLY buy the station.

Ideal AM would be a class IV (FCC calls it class "C",
you fruitloop!) with real estate. Station need not be
profitable. Prefer with seller financing with little
or no money down. I don't want "pure" daytimers and
would prefer to stay away from directional stations.
Fulltime is preferred but I will consider stations
with at least 50 watts at night as "fulltime".

Don't even waste your time or mine if they are asking
more than $150,000 (150 grand).
