joint venture. There is an element of risk and you

AM is fulltime, 1 KW, non-directional. FM is class
"A".

Only stations in the city except for some translators.

Active or inactive investors with at least $20,000
each are welcome. All investors would be on the board
with full voting rights if desired. No individual can
own controlling interest. That includes me!

This is a very important tourist city! There is train
service there to Anchorage. The city also has an
airport.
