0.2 miles. No real estate included.

Expect the asking price to be about $125,000. This is
a propering community. It is the county seat and the
largest city in that county. This is the only AM in
that community of about 5300.

Active or inactive investors with at least $10,000
each are welcome. No individual may own over 49
percent of the station. This means me too!
