Sirius Satellite Radio says it passed the 600,000 subscriber mark
over the Labor Day weekend and expects to reach 1 million paying

COURT UPHOLDS NEW RADIO MARKET DEFINITION
The Philadelphia Appeals Court is allowing the FCC to go ahead with
