circulation a draft Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking comment on
modifying the Commission’s FM Booster Rules to permit geo-targeted content.

Longtime WFAN 101.9 FM/660 AM (WFAN-FM/AM) on-air host Joe Benigno will
retire from his afternoon drive co-host role. His final show will be
November 6. He will continue to be heard on the station in select roles
beginning in 2021.

The New York Post is reporting that WFAN is previewing the 5PM hour today
for a big announcement which is expected to be Joe Benigno's retirement.
The worst kept secret in New York is that Craig Carton, fresh out of
prison, will return to WFAN in the afternoon drive slot.
