KSER Loses Employee Number One

Independent radio station KSER in Everett, Washington lost one of their
long-time employees this week. Ed Bremer worked at the station for decades.
He was diagnosed with cancer back in 2019. Bremer was hired when the
station first went on the air in 1990. General Manager Tom Clenedening paid
tribute to his friend on the station website HERE.

Because of marketing issues the FDA has with promoting its health benefits,
CBD has not yet become a category radio can reliably tap into. Podcasts are
apparently another story. CbdMD Inc has signed a one-year partnership with
Joe Rogan to advertise on his podcast.

Seattle Toy Drive Collects Thousands of Toys & Cash

Sinclair Seattle, KOMO TV and Univision Seattle, held their annual KOMO Toy
Drive benefiting The Salvation Army. The campaign raised over $104,000 and
hey collected 6,000 toys which will all be donated to The Salvation Army to
help local families during the holidays.

Vets Families Helped In Atlanta

KISS 104.1 (WALR) in partnership with The Warrior Alliance, gave ten
families of military veterans a holiday to remember, by fulfilling their
Christmas lists through the KISS WISH program. More than 100 gifts were
provided to the Atlanta area families.
